At Stargate Clinic, we offer a Concierge Podiatry Plan for patients seeking consistent, expert foot care without the limitations of traditional insurance. This membership-based model gives you priority access to a licensed podiatrist, in-office procedures, and diagnostic imaging — all for a fraction of the cost of typical podiatry billing. What’s Included: Enrollment Fee: One-time down payment of $500–$1,000 (based on severity or pre-existing needs) Monthly Fee: $50/month — includes ongoing access and routine diagnostic imaging Covered Services: Up to 2 visits per week for covered in-office podiatry services Minor surgical procedures (e.g. nail removal, abscess drainage, skin lesion removal) Wound care & debridement Non-emergent infections: oral or topical antibiotics provided X-rays included for evaluation and follow-up care Routine foot care (corns, calluses, ingrown nails, diabetic monitoring) 🚫 Not Covered: Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as boots, braces, orthotics, or custom inserts Biologic grafts, injectables, or advanced wound healing products Surgical procedures that require hospital or surgical center intervention Emergency room visits or hospital care Medications requiring pharmacy pickup (outside of in-office supply) Referrals: If your condition requires advanced surgical intervention or hospitalization, we will coordinate a referral to a trusted local foot and ankle surgeon or hospital. The concierge plan does not cover hospital-based procedures.
